FIRMWARE DvdRom Assus E-616
Salve
possiedo un lettore DvdRom Assus E-616
ho aggiornato il firmware di tale lettore alle versioni: 1-RPC1, 1-RPC-2, 2-RPC-1
ma quando ho provato ad aggiornare il firmware alla versione 2.1 SI E' INTERROTA LA PROCEDURA!!!
DOPO UN PAIO D'ORE DI ATTESA HO DOVUTO RIAVVIARE IL PC
ORA MI RITROVO CON UN LETTORE DVD CHE NON DA SEGNI DI VITA
E' POSSIBILE RIPRISTINARE UNA VERSIONE PRECEDENTE (2-RPC-1 PER ESEMPIO) FORZANDO LA SCRITTURA DEL FIRMWARE?
PERCHè HO PROVATO A RIPETERE LA PROCEDURA DI UPGRADE DEL FIRMWARE DA DISKETTO DI BOOT MS-DOS CON LA VERS. 2-RPC-1 MA SI BLOCCA COME HO DESCRITTO PRIMA
VI AGGIUNGO QUALKE INFO A RIGUARDO

Firmware version 2.1 for the ASUS DVD-ROM E616
Flash in Windows with MTK WinFlash (http://digi.rpc1.org) and point to "ASUSE616.BIN"
Or Flash in DOS with mtkflash
Boot into DOS, then navigate to the folder where the firmwares and mtkflash are extracted
Type "upgrade" and proceed to tell the batch file where the drive is located using the numbers 1-4
Your current firmware will be backed up to the folder as back00.bin and back01.bin

dai qualk'un altro ha una bell'idea per riutilizzare il mio defunto lettore dvd?
nono sono 2 cose differenti per lunghezza di raggio e tipo.
l'unica cosa ke puoi fare e regararlo a Goldrake.

OPPURE MI ATTACCO IL LASER SULLA SPALLA COME UN PREDATOR E VADO A CACCIA DI ALIENS?

Probabile che sia da buttare, credo che ora si tratti di un problema hardware...
in effetti ormai la memoria è andata persa!!!!
lascia perdere il sito devi solo comprare un nuovo lettore

infatti volevo aggiornarlo xchè si inceppava sempre!
se non gli davi 2 mazzate continuava a loop a girare girare girare a vuoto!
ed è stato proprio l'aggiornamento che seriva per corregere questo difetto che mi ha rovinato il firmware  |
